As with any message, news item or story, comments are deleted by finding it in the discussion group. Looking at the discussion group view of the item, and scrolling down to the yellow admin box.
There you can delete the item. A confirmation dialogue asks if you are sure and then the item is marked as deleted.
Items can always be undeleted.
Editing a comment is the same as any other item, be that a message or a news item or story. Managing editors, and content editors can edit anyboy's comments. But only the original commenter or items owner can edit their items. Just hit the Edit this page button.
