Agreement

Walsall Schools’ Weblog Agreement

Walsall Schools’ Weblogs are specifically for Primary and Secondary school children, registered for education in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They are provided by cyberSaps.

By registering for a Walsall Schools’ Weblog, the School agrees with cyberSaps as follows:

  1. The School will bring the existence of the Walsall Schools’ Weblog to the attention of all teachers and students aged 7 plus.
  2. If the School already has an "acceptable use" internet policy in force, it is recommended that the Walsall Schools’ Weblog be added as an additional notification. For information about setting up an acceptable use policy please visit http://safety.ngfl.gov.uk.
  3. The School agrees to be bound by the Walsall Schools’ Weblogs Terms and Conditions, Rules and Privacy Policy that are all posted on http://www.walsallschools.org. Any modifications to these documents will be binding on the School when posted online. The School also agrees to publicise these documents to teachers, students and those with parental responsibility.
  4. Cybersaps may terminate the School's participation in Walsall Schools’ Weblogs and individual students' membership at its own discretion, without notice and without explanation and without refund of any subscriptions paid.

The person agreeing to this Agreement warrants and represents that they have full and complete authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the School.
